Role Experience Requirements
Construction Manager 20–25 yrs High-rise/hospital projects, 10+ yrs Gulf exp
Project/Site Engineer 8–15 yrs Strong civil site experience, Gulf exp required
Planning Engineer / QS 6–12 yrs NICMAR preferred, villas/multi-storey exp
QA/QC / Safety Engineer 8–12 yrs NEBOSH/IOSH preferred, 5+ yrs Gulf exp
AutoCAD/Draughtsman 5–10 yrs Civil/Arch drawings, multi-discipline exp
Surveyor 10–15 yrs Total Station knowledge, Gulf exp
Store Officer 10–15 yrs SAP/ERP exp, building construction logistics
MEP Coordinator 12–15 yrs Mechanical/Electrical background, stakeholder coordination
Eligibility Criteria
Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or relevant fields
Gulf experience is mandatory for most roles
Experience in hospitals, villas, high-rise buildings, and multi-storey projects preferred
