Kalpataru is hiring for high-rise residential and commercial building projects. Positions are available from Engineer to General Manager levels.
🧱 1. Projects / Execution / QA-QC / Billing
- Roles: Engineer, Sr. Engineer, Manager, DGM
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Key Skills: Structural execution, RCC, bar bending, formwork, QA/QC, billing, planning
💡 2. MEP (Electrical)
- Roles: Engineer to Manager
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Electrical
- Skills: HT/LT systems, internal wiring, high-rise MEP works
📦 3. Stores & Material Management
- Roles: Storekeeper to GM
- Qualification: Graduation/Diploma
- Experience: Material management, construction inventory systems
💰 4. Finance
- Role: Assistant Manager
- Qualification: MBA/Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in finance/accounting
⚙️ 5. Plant & Machinery
- Roles: Engineer to Manager
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical
- Focus: Construction machinery operations and maintenance
🛡️ 6. Safety / EHS
- Roles: Safety Officer, Steward
- Qualification: Diploma in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety
📐 7. Planning & Billing
- Roles: Engineer to AGM
- Skills: Project planning, billing (including Design & Build model)
🧑💼 8. HR / Admin / IR
- Location: Delhi
- Roles: HR Executive, Admin Manager
- Qualification: MBA/MSW with 5+ years in relevant field
📌 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Age Limit: Below 45 years
✅ Experience: 4 to 15+ years in relevant field
✅ Preferred Relocation: Willing to work in Bangalore or Hyderabad (if required)
